The company is solely owned and operated by a licensed professional with over 20 years of experience in the plumbing industry, bringing a deep understanding of systems, diagnostics, and long-term solutions. Outside of work, I enjoy amateur radio (WI1ZRD my FCC call sign), morse code, hiking, fishing, and camping, and I’m a lifelong animal lover who appreciates every home—pets included—as part of the family.

Joe Antonelli founded Revolution Plumbing with a vision to bring pride, reliability, and accountability back to the plumbing and heating industry. After years of working in the trade and seeing homeowners struggle with rushed jobs, poor communication, and short-term fixes, Joe knew there was a better way to serve his community.

Becoming a licensed Master Plumber, Joe built Revolution Plumbing around one simple belief — customers deserve honest recommendations, quality workmanship, and service they can rely on long after the job is finished. Every project is approached with careful attention to detail, respect for the customer’s home, and a commitment to doing the job right the first time.

Joe takes pride in serving homeowners throughout Massachusetts and building long-term relationships based on trust and consistency. His goal isn’t just to repair plumbing and heating systems — it’s to raise the standard of service customers expect from a professional contractor.

When he’s not serving customers, Joe feels most at home outdoors — especially on mountaintops across New England. Hiking and exploring the mountains gives him a chance to reset, reflect, and stay grounded, drawing inspiration from the same resilience and craftsmanship he brings to his trade.

Joe is also passionate about amateur radio and Morse code communication, a hobby that connects history, skill, and technical precision. Whether he’s operating his radio equipment or practicing Morse code, Joe appreciates the patience and focus required to communicate one signal at a time.

Joe’s time outside of work is also centered around personal growth and maintaining his commitment to sobriety — a journey that has strengthened his discipline, accountability, and appreciation for life’s challenges and rewards. That same dedication carries into how he serves his customers, showing up with reliability, honesty, and pride in doing things the right way.
